Finch Property Management was founded by Eric Finch, a Beaver County local with a simple idea: Western Pennsylvania homeowners deserve a reliable, professional property service they can actually count on.
We're not a big chain — we're your neighbors. Eric shows up, does the work, and leaves your property better than he found it.
We work around real life. Jobs are available weekday evenings after 5pm and all day on Saturdays and Sundays — so you don't have to take time off work to get things done.
